The Challenge
Early Rider requested that we provide website support and help them set up the expansion stores. Another goal was to develop a custom application for optimized product, stock, and order management. Our other projects included gradually introducing the redesign and simultaneously transitioning Early Rider’s website to Online Store 2.0. Finally, our aim was to develop the Lifer community functionality and create customized forms for B2B and warranty purposes, seamlessly integrating them with our custom app as well as Gorgias and Klaviyo.
The Solution
Our solutions encompassed ongoing support for four Early Rider’s websites and constant functionality expansion. We implemented a custom app that synchronizes inventory stocks between two stores and the Lifer feature that boosts customer loyalty.
Besides that, GenovaWebArt integrated one client’s store with a third-party marketplace and connected Early Rider with a custom application, Gorgias, and Klaviyo. We also created functional product detail page templates that reveal new page sections as users scroll. Our team has migrated Early Rider to Online Store 2.0 and facilitates our client’s international growth by opening new stores in other countries.
